KCRHA’s plan lays out how it arrived at a price point much larger than what the governor or mayor has proposed. Most notably, their plans fund a little more than 23,000 temporary housing units.

$8 billion would be used for capital costs and $3.5 billion would be necessary each year for operational costs.

That's 347 K per temp unit with an 8 billion outlay

That's 152 K per unit for operational costs

As we like to say - we could hand out 5 grand of cash and access to fentanyl and solve it much quicker

Woke ass Sammamish is kind of the last place in the county that doesn't have this issue. Probably because we have essentially no public transportation that connects anywhere and have no desire for it.

Portland is dying to get the Max train into Vancouver so they can offload their homeless more easily.

I have all the screenshots I need.

In 5 years they are going to come back and say another $50 Billion will do the trick.

The homeless industrial complex is a hungry beast.
