I hope Grubb comes back. Continuity breeds success. Having Grubb allows KDB to be a true CEO. If he leaves more of his time will be spent making sure the offensive game plan is sound. Small details could be overlooked. That said, whether it’s Grubb, Sheridan, Shepard or Kirby Moore the offense will hum because DeBoer is the architect.

Random thoughts in no particular order:
1. This could just be ploy to show recruits that UW's offense is so good that even Bama wants in on the action. Grubb could just say no thanks to Bama after Saban offers him.
2. If Grubb does leave -- as to the rumors that he might try to take Penix -- if Grubb really wants to prove that he is a mastermind and not just riding DeBoer's coattails -- he should take Morris instead and make him into an elite Bama QB. -
