Going to Bama for the "same" position is a bitch move. Grubb said he wants to be a head coach...OC for Bama doesn't make you any more suited for a HC position than the guy you just beat in the Alamo Bowl.
Sounds to me like KD and Grubb might not be so keen on each other.
I'm not going to freak out because I agree with @dnc in that it's Kalen's scheme, when he went to Indiana and Grubb stayed at Fresno St ..FSU went 4-8.
I don't have doubts that Grubb can call a good game. I have my doubts that he's the architect of the scheme and a couple seasons of drift away from DeBoer could expose this. -
