Tough to figure out if your black or white. Pretty easy to see the auto theft rate by neighborhood. Once again bitching about the hard reality of crime. My neighbor on the next street over got his homeowner's insurance cancelled when three of the six big Douglas Firs on the south side of his house hit his house on December 12, 1995. Biggest windstorm in Portland since the Columbus Day Storm in 1962. He had to pay some big money to get the remaining three taken down to get coverage back. Me, nothing since I had all the trees to my south taken down when I had the house built. He was Irish, so it makes sense.
