He says that intelligence agents from other nations have reached out to him. There is a suspicion from India and other countries that the virus and censorship was all orchestrated by the good 'ol USA. It's already well documented that the US funded part of it.
He also points out that right from the jump, Trump was constantly saying "China virus, China virus, China virus." So I'm guessing he wasn't knowingly part of any conspiracy, but who knows what exactly happened. The fog of war and all that.
I'm still assuming it was China but we always need to question.
