    Joe put secret stuff in a think tank off site and accessable to people without any security clearance. Trump could declassify anything he wanted to and all the documents were brought there by the national archives and kept in a secure location guarded by the secret service. SloJoe couldn't declassify his skivies. These things are quite different.

    The lack of any attempt to justify Biden's carelessness.

    The lack of any claim of ownership of the documents by Biden.

    The fact the documents are being willingly returned in Biden's case, immediately after discovery.

    The fact Biden's screw-up was essentially self-reported.

    The lack of false sworn declarations by any Biden attorneys.

    The fact nobody had to fucking serve a warrant on Biden to get the stuff back.



    Other than that, the cases are almost identical. Maybe.

Even had the people in charge of the archives come to his house three time to advise him on how to secure the documents.
