Don't you atheists have better shit to do?

A cross placed on the back of the Arkansas State University football team's helmets will be modified after a complaint.
Athletic Director Terry Mohajir said Wednesday afternoon an attorney contacted the school concerned about a religious symbol on a public university's equipment. Mohajir said the decision to place the cross with the letters M.O. and B.W. came from the players and coaches. Player Markel Owens was murdered and equipment manager Barry Weyer, Jr. died in a car accident after last season.

Militant Atheists are no different than fundamentals Christians. Both try to use government to force their views on others.

If it were a Muslim, Buddhism, or Hinduism I am sure it would have been perfectly fine.

I actually understand from a church v state perspective why one could oppose the cross on the helmet. To actually be offended by it is stupid though. I'm not offended by the removal either. It strikes me as a facebook move to begin with.

I don't think some people understand what separation of church and state means. It has morphed into this belief that all references to religion has to be removed from the public sector. But it was actually created to outlaw an official state-sponsored church. So Arkansas State having a cross on the back of their helmet has nothing to do with separation of church and state and has more to do with sandy vaginas and kangaroo court rulings.

I'm sure the Klan in Arkansas still has plenty of crosses for those that don't already have enough of their own.

And the second amendment was about militias, not dumb fucks keeping automatic weapons under their pillow.DugtheDoog said:I don't think some people understand what separation of church and state means.
