Alright settle the fuck down. 11-2 with an Alamo win doesn't even top any of Pete's NY6/CFP losses. It also of course doesn't beat Rick's Rose Bowl. 10-3 with an Alamo loss will see the offseason natty vanish and head to Colorado.

Said some of this on the podcast. This is very fun time and after a few years of a bad news train it feels like it's a good news train. One of the players said they don't think they close the way they do if they don't lose to UCLA and ASU. Next year is going to be different though much in the way 2017 was different and less fun than 2016 and not just because 16 team was better. the pressure is going to be on from game one, the schedule is going to be tougher, and they're going to get everyone's very best shot.
I think it's going to be fun though. WE have the best QB since Tui and a guy who has a legit chance to be the best ever at UW and a Heisman candidate. The coach has a legit offensive scheme that's impressive and fun after decades of coaches who came in with a lot of culture and shit supposedly but no XS and os. I feel like the defense has to get better and, outside of USC, I think most of the Pac-12 programs have the potential to be above average at best, with USC being the only good one not coming to Husky Stadium. -
