Even the Commies at the Oregon Health Authority admit that cases are up because of two factors. More widespread testing AND contact tracing that leads to more focused testing to those that have a much higher probability of testing positive due to close contact with someone infected.
We didn’t have this 1 month ago. Hence the low amount of cases. The scoreboard is still deaths and hospitalizations. And there has been no appreciative uptick in either here.
The LaGrande outbreak is indeed baffling to me. But if you break it down, it means that the vid has been around there for awhile. And still no deaths in the county. Or. Something sinister is afoot. -
