I've listened to a bunch of these Monday pressers and I have always come away grateful that DeBoer never has a litany of canned responses like Sark or comes off as trying (and failing) to sound like the smartest guy in the room like Jimmy and he seems to like and embrace all the aspects of being a head football coach unlike the prickly Petersen. Pretty cool.
