Oregon always has a good offense

    Plug and play

Yeah unfortunately this is a great hire

That's good. It's more fun beating the ducks when they're a top ten team

The real question is where he'll be coaching next year

Not a bad inquiry since he has been an OC one year and was coaching Texas / Transfer Portal QB Card in High School.

Is that a jinx for 2023?

Don't know anything about UTSA but one of Arizona's really good receivers was a xfer from there, the OC probably knows what he's doing, so good get.

But this also kind of highlights that Adams is like most of their other staff, recruiter but nothing else.

Franklin seemed to just be raw talent, run in a straight and outpace the DB. The passing game is going to have get a lot more intricate than that to win in Seattle.

It's not the passing game that needs fixing vis a vis playing Washington. They need a better pass rush, which is what softens the Penix.
