Keeping Grubb is important for now. This way KDB can keep focusing on the bigger picture. If Shepard were promoted Boner would need to divert some of his efforts into more offensive game planning before the program is done baking. It’s DeBoers offense but the whole operation needs to percolate for another couple years before messing with the flow of operations. I’m pleased.
