I think Cade is solid. 64% completion ration last year. QB RTG of 141 (compared to Penix 155). Watched his 2021 highlights he's not going to amaze with frozen ropes but his ball placement is solid.

A big reason why this offense is all but unstoppable most of the time is that Penix's arm strength makes them defend a lot of field. If I'm Deboer I'd only look at guys with big arms. Cade played behind the best OL in cfb. And was below mediocre.
