Actually, chanting at a football game doesn't cost anyone any money so it doesn't rank right up there. The money to the Brazilian Company was due to the fact that it was farming in the US. There was no fraud. No different than paying 30% federal tax credits for buying chicom solar panels. It's phucking stupid, but that's the law. Now the hundreds of billions of stolen covid stimulus funds was a fraud and it's the biggest deal.
