Trump or DeSantis. I'm going DeSantis because he can actually win suburban housewives and maybe some of the miserable unmarried women but those will probably go for hair gel guy in huge numbers. He can also appeal more so to other communities. If Trump is serious about winning he needs to change his tone quickly because he's already losing support with the DeSantis attacks.

This is not even a debate after Tuesday. DeSantis CRUSHED it in Florida. Trump saw a ton of his endorsements flame out badly. Doesn't matter how right Trump is on issues, he's damaged goods and there's no way he can rehab his image enough to win an election at this point.

Trump is 219-16 on endorsements. Hardly crushed, name a better record. He has a YUGE following.

This isn't really a number that means anything. Matt Gaetz and Jim Jordan were winning with or without Trump's endorsement for example. Kind of like the NCAA bracketology guys that claim they got 62 out of 64 projections right. When in reality they went like 50% because only the last 5 or so spots are even questionable.

    Ballot farming Democrats.

This. Unless more states adopt election integrity laws, the dem machine can manufacture all the votes they need to put any idiot they select in office.

Yes, this is my point. The high-profile endorsements were hardly successful for Trump.

Vance in Ohio was a big one

Depends on Walker and Arizona whether he can claim half a natty

If Trump endorsed candidates did poorly in purple states and they did that does not bode well for DeSantis regardless of his ceiling

Cocaine Mitch sucked it up and spent $30+ million to back Vance. Tough to say that Trump's backing was the difference there.

Take away where Trump candidates won and he didn't have any

Everyone of you said Walker was a shitty candidate who would cost the Senate

What are you gonna say when he hangs 50 on Warnock?

He also endorsed Lake and definitely did help her ascend. She did the rest, but he deserves some credit here. He clearly fucked up in PA, though that state is full on Venezuela at this point. The Senate is still very winnable though.

Part of what is going on here is slow walking results to get Republicans to turn on each other in some sense, and that appears to be working. Had Lake, Kent, etc won on election night instead of election week, that narrative is harder to push. We are in a huge psyop at the moment.
    And its working

The democrats are going to stick with the stay in the basement and don't debate gameplan because its easier just to trash the GOP candidate and the GOP will help do it

I decent GOP candidate in GA would have polled as well as the Republican Gov. and the Republican Sec. of State, both of whom received over 53% of the vote.

Vance was his only win. In Ohio, where the Republican Governor won by 30 points. Any suit that could stand up straight would have won that seat with a R next to his name.

If Trump utters Walkers name or comes within 50 miles of the Fla/GA line, Walker loses by 2 pts.

Whereas if Walker tells Trump to fuckoff and let’s Kemp do the talking, He actually wins.

I guess that’s why McConnell gave Vance no help or support. It was in the bag. McConnell is a bigger problem than Trump will ever be. He’s satisfied with or without the GOP controlling the Senate.

The sooner Republicans realize that Trump ain’t winning shit in a general election the sooner they can move on a path to winning
