If I'm not mistaken, I think Lanning has close to a $15m buyout this year, and around $10m next year. On top of that, they'd have to buyout Harsin, and aren't they still buying out 1-2 past coaches? I know there's a lot of money down south, but even they have their limits.

It's bullshit, but Auburn would probably be a great spot for Lanning. Hard to imagine any head coach would bail on Oregon after just 1 year tho. -
