I didn't like the PPP stuff, myself, but those loans were necessitated due to government forcing people's businesses to shut their doors from the Plandemic. The PPP and related stuff was the enabler for lockdowns and business shutdowns by the states. The states also got promised a state level bailout, which they got in 2021, for their help in raising fears in the population.
