Everybody is saying you can feel the difference in practice. Guys are flyin' around and being really, really accountable.
You don't want to be a flag-happy Pac 12 ref at any Oregon games. You just don't. -
The Pac is pretty much the only league where you hold your breath after a TD or good play until the all clear sign, "NO FLAGS".
