Kali registers everyone getting a drivers license including illegals applying for an illegal alien DL unless they specifically opt out by signing a form.

Not true. There is a box you check on the back of the driver's license form where you're asked to state if you're a US citizen or not, if you say you're not a citizen then you won't be registered to vote. Of course this is entirely on the honor system because the state does not check to see who is and who isn't a US Citizen. The state of California refuses to cross check their voter registration rolls against the US citizen rolls but I'm certain that has nothing to do with anything.

In 1994, liberal California passed Prop 187 which restricted illegals' access to public services by over 58%. Of course, the usual socialists and globalists got in thrown out.

What is a U.S. citizen roll? Am I on them? Where are they found?

Was true. I researched some years ago extensively. If it changed I don't know. But it being Kali I would doubt it changed.

Social security admin and IRS could help with your question I would think.
