I was there. North side was almost full. South side looked to be about 75% full
Most encouraging thing was honestly the student section. It was packed and they were having fun. -
There was around 50k there at peak. last week was 60k but Sparty had 7500 in green.
Stanford had 750 people in red.
Student section was really good. -

It's also weird that every Stanford fan I've ever seen is super schlubby and grotesque and looks like they haven't washed their Stanford shit since they won that orange bowl. -
After halftime, the crowd was barely 50% capacity. And pretty quiet.

I wonder how much is Covid/Jimmy Lake hangover. Those 2 years killed a lot of momentum in the program
I'd have to imagine if the team remains ranked and winning with DeBoer the crowds will continue to improve.
I hadn't been to a game since 2019 and the experience was a LOT better yesterday.
Most of the music was grunge/metal/rap bangers
The band looked as crisp as I've ever seen it.
The beers are way cheaper than I thought they would be.
