A question for any Tug leftards or "moderates" - What policy positions does Newsom have that would lead you to vote for him?
I think he would be the front runner for the dems and don't see any other serious contenders, not that Newsom is a serious contender, but like Trudeau in Canada soft minds seem to love pretty boy flash.

Newsom will suffer from the same affliction that crippled Kamaltoe. They've never really ever been challenged. California is a one party state. Like Harris, Newsom didn't have to achieve or do anything to get elected.WestlinnDuck said:

Bingo. Cocoon Life is what they used to call it in politics. Some new Rep from Montana, CA, WA, New Mexico etc would get elected and come in full of piss and vinegar and the real world in DC would slap them around like a a wet noodle. Newsome has helped to destroy parts of his own state and the rats there have kissed his ass for it. That will not be the case when the dumbass entitled punk runs for national office.
