Released without bail. Doesn't seem to be a lot of concern by NYC officials that he might just return and really do a real job on the poor folks at McDonald's. Now, if someone had pulled out a concealed weapon and shot the guy threatening the white girl, he would have become another St. George Floyd and the shooter would be in jail.
