I'm not sure what a football coach looks like, but I do think good coaches seem to be all business and don't spend time on things that don't help them win. Boating and fancy coffee is a metaphor. Distractions are distracting. Some coaches even slept in their office for nights on end when things needed to be fixed. And things always need to be fixed. -
