Oregon isn't a traditional southern power program. Former Doog Emmert would be sniffing around the Duck program again if Mullens does anything out of the norm. Florida State is allowed to pay for Winston's policy, because he plays for a southern power program.

Oregon ended up paying the insurance premium for Grasu/Mariota/Ifo/Armstead after clearing it through the NCAA. FSU and other schools didn't do the same. Big surprise.
