I believe this was discussed some months ago. I post this as a reminder because it is about 4 months away from being put into action.
They will be able to stop you from purchasing what you want. They can freeze your funds any time they want. They can also spend your money on other people.
This is fascist shit and this should be an issue people pour out in the street for. When you read the bill the rats mention climate change over and over again. Why do you think that is?
Keep in mind this is not legislation. This is an executive order.

I don't see how that survives a challenge to the Supreme Court, with the current members of the court.

It will still happen whoever is elected - by electing GOP for a couple of years the radical right (Trumpers etal) will think the plan is being delayed. that appeases the crowd, dems back in power when GOP falls back asleep.
