So the dementia patient, at the behest of the banks, pulled college debt outside of bankruptcy protection in his bankruptcy reform act. Then barry transferred all the college debt to the US taxpayer claiming that doing so would raise significant federal revenue to offset the cost of obamacare. Once the banks were off the hook, the dementia patient cancelled at least $500 million of college debt. Just don't call that corruption. I'm surprised we haven't heard from the dazzer with his mythical MBA weighing in how fiscally irresponsible this was, although fiscal responsibility is supposed to be a voting issue for the dazzler.
