Washington can collect souls this year if they want to. If the coaches and players are on the same page.
I'm sure they've talked about it internally with the staff but they would rather be in a weaker pac 12 where they can dominate, the same way UO thinks they're going to dominate and have an easier path to the Playoffs.
It makes for better TV and everything else to have this Oregon Washington thing play out this way. -
