I've tubed the Snoqualmie, Truckee, Deschutes. I've cliff jumped into the American River near @Doogles shitty little studio apartment. -
Yakima was pretty good back in the day. Just watch out for floating cow carcasses…

Snoqualmie River, WAI've done the Snoqualmie, Yakima and Shenandoah. Potomac runs too shallow. Some nice swimming holes though. Shenandoah was the warmest. I've rafted the Wenatchee and heard okay things about it from Cashmere to Wenatchee. Also heard some good things about the Methow, but also runs a bit low. I guess I'll vote for the Snoqualmie.
