You get to declare bankruptcy once, then you have to have some positive cash flow to live on and then once stable, some lenders might step in and lend you money, but again, they are now looking for positive cash flow to pay off the new debt. Sri-Lanka doesn't and is really phucked. Pretty sure the US needs to just print some US dollars for them and that will be be great for them and the US.DerekJohnson said:
