Musk has them by the balls. If it goes to court, Twitter will have to open the books, and it will possibly open up more bots than advertised or other not so pleasant things regarding their platform. They have no grounds to sue. Twitter should know roughly how many bots they have after all they create their own. If they won't release the number along with the paperwork to back it up they have zero grounds to sue. If they were allowed to file suit they sure as hell have to show proof of how many they have which means they were hiding it all along by not giving the info to Musk.
