    Musk has them by the balls. If it goes to court, Twitter will have to open the books, and it will possibly open up more bots than advertised or other not so pleasant things regarding their platform. This will end with Musk buying at a discount. Probably close to a 30% haircut

    They have no grounds to sue. Twitter should know roughly how many bots they have after all they create their own. If they won't release the number along with the paperwork to back it up they have zero grounds to sue. If they were allowed to file suit they sure as hell have to show proof of how many they have which means they were hiding it all along by not giving the info to Musk.

    Like the state, local and federal government dodging FOIA requests, Musk's attorney's would grind Twitter into the ground on their failure to either respond to due diligence requests, non-responsive responses or outright lies. Think of the dazzler or PIPs, but in this case, the Court will not be amused.
