If you look at the top of this guy’s page. He called USC to UCLA to the Big Ten pack in April. Seems like his sources are pretty legit

Best option is to take it now and hope the B1G expands in the future.
Also, playing 2 ACC opponents each year would help with the non-conference scheduling, which has been a challenge in recent years. -
