Yesterday's SC decision on the EPA

What rats are upset about is their growing lack of federal control over the overwhelming majority. I am no huge Trump fan and I question whether he even knew what he was doing long term but this SC is taking this country back to where it should be and that is in the hands of a representative government with states at the center.

It was great news. The logic was similar to OSHA vaccine ruling in that the court said that congress needs to do it fucking job if it wants to regulate. Lack of consensus is not an excuse to skirt the process.
Gridlock is good now more than ever. -
Trump really was the turd in all their punchbowls for radicalization of the US. Imagine a SC with Hillary appointments instead.
-
I thought this was going to be about SC’s move to the B1G and travel to Rutgers for a conference game.

And remember, these turds loath the electoral college. It’s a racist relic you know.Bendintheriver said:Yesterday's SC decision is probably the most damaging to liberals of any decision in recent memory. Clearly the SC is giving back the power to the people in the individual states which of course is what our founders wanted and exactly what liberal elitists hate more than anything. To use a federal agency as a bulldozer to push a liberal agenda down the throats of the overwhelming majority is just wrong but that is exactly what BO and now that fucking idiot biden have done and are doing. The far left minority is trying to force people to live like they want us to live and what better way to take away that power than shut down federal departments that are run by far left wacko's.

They hate it because it mutes ballot harvesting a little bit. -
Carlyle is an Ivy League intellectual who thinks he knows what’s best for everyone. He’s a leftist turd in the mold of Inslee. He defiantly knows idealogical. It’s his MO.hardhat said: -
The only way these people are capable of thinking is ideologically so of course they think everyone and everything else is as well.MikeDamone said:
