This is an opportune time for Central to join the PAC-10

Bring back Western's program while we're at it.
    Washington Football Conference
    WFC Eight

    University of Washington *
    Pacific Lutheran
    Eastern Washington *
    Whitworth
    Central Washington *
    Ballard Meteors
    Western Washington
    WSU

    * indicates team that lost to FCS powerhouse Montana last season
Could even make it a 10 team conference…

    UPS
    Fort Lewis

Former Oakland Raider Otis Sistrunk managed the athletic fields on Fort Lewis as of about 2011. With that kind of NFL experience, I think Fort Lewis could field a competitive team fairly quickly.

So mountain and desert schools to Big 12. UW, Stanford, 0regon potentially join USC and UCLA in Big 10.

That leaves Cal, WSU and Oregon State.

I'd like to see them poach Boise, SDSU, Fresno, Utah State and Hawaii to get to a Pac 8.

This is Hawaii's wet dream to be part of the P12. Okay P8.

If you insist on 12 add CSU, Nevada, Wyoming and Air Farce.

There is something odd about leaving out Cal. There’s a lot of his history there, great school, etc. but they just don’t seem capable of making it in football. Stanford had figured it out for the most part; Cal not so much.

Tradition is important. Cal has been around playing in the same league since prior to WWI. They used to take trains -- only way to travel. But, the shift is to money, since it isn't college football any longer, just in name only.
