Here's hoping that the chicoms lend them a lot of money they can't pay back. I'd like to see some financial analysis on a lot of these mega projects. Lot's of money looking for good returns. The key being "return". I'm guessing just like with the old US companies doing projects in South America and Africa that they first bribe the government officials who approve the project sign up for the debt with stupid US banks build the project which fails and falls apart due to lack of maintenance and leaving a lot of debt that the World Bank or other huge financial institution largely backed with US government money have to "clean" up.

And project their influence in the west... they have big projects in Antigua going on when I was there.
