Down Stanford and mediocre Cal probably have the most upsets of top 2-3 finishers. Beavlet not far behind them. WSU weirdly competitive for what they are.
Now compare that to what the South has been.

This is the biggest pile of loser talk I've ever seen about a conference like the Pac 12. -
