    National Lampoon's Vacation
A lot of good choices but I've watched Vacation like 25 times. My parents had some VHS copy. It was probably my brother's. I watched the hell out of that thing during lazy summer vacations.

    Airplane
I think Planes, Trains and Automobiles should get a mention.

Airplane doesn't make me laugh. Almost every other movie listed is better, including Peewees Big Adventure.

Glaring oversight. Not surprised I'm not surprised.

    "Between two pillows"

    "Those aren't pillows!"

    Trading Places
Honestly not certain I've watched Airplane straight through.

Growing up was a huge Police Academy fan, and some of its references are used today, hence the Blue Oyster Pump & Dump board. Some of the jokes I didn't understand and now are some of my favorite movie jokes. The Mahoney prostitute scene makes me laugh my ass off every time.

I feel like Trading Places is the one I've watched the most. Some good shit.

This is cued up for December recruiting.

Others, probably not white enough for Yella comedies:

    Coming to America
    I'm gonna git you sucka

I should have pushed you off a chair lift, but you were too scared to say it to my face.

Coming to America or Beverly Hills Cop should be the winners.

    Fast times at Ridgemont high

    Porkys is weird

I loved Revenge of the Nerds as a young pubescent boy but when I got older I realized there was technically a rape in the Space house and the secret video of the “pies” is extremely uncomfortable

I don't put Fast Times in the straight comedy bucket. It's got some good malarkey and what not, but still...
It really wasn't a comedy when it entered the cutting room. But they found a star in Sean Penn and ran with it.

Which I'm fine with, because it birthed the mantra "Those Guys are Fags."

Where would HH be without that gif?

I watched Spicoli’s best scenes on YouTube the other day and Penn killed it. Despite the goofy antics, he played it straight. When his pizza is being eaten by the rest of the class, he looks like he’s about to cry.
He's a good actor but that role was obviously wheelhouse for him. He had a had time shaking that character early in his career, at least I thought so.

    The Blues Brothers

I’m with Race. Airplane followed by Caddy shack and Naked Gun. Trading Places

Everything listed is pretty much a classic. Porkys is great just because of all the nudity alone.

Jaimie Lee's 80's boobs are all timers.

    Feeling good, Billy Ray.
