Most of the known cases in Europe involve 2 men going 2 hole. So it’s a simple fix to advise men that go 2 hole on another man to get a smallpox vaccine.
Who thinks that this common sense ever sees the light of day though? At least after today.

72 cases?
Many recent monkeypox patients first developed rashes in the mouth or around the genitals or anus, which deviates from past cases
