espn's halftime coverage is all ads with ~30 seconds of analysis.PurpleThrobber said:

There's no game tonight but
Fuck Mark Jones.

i never blame the players, i blame mark jones.
its cause mark jones is on tv.
maybe get mark jones off the broadcast? -
Prior to tip-off.
Fuck Mark Jones.

They moreso needed Lebron trying to deny Giannis a repeat.
2-3 days in-between games hurts the ratings.
I don't know how much GS moves the needle when their fanbase doesn't give a shit about sports in the first place. -

Celtics have figured out a way to fuck up and lose a home game in their last two series.
Dubs win tonight. Then probably fuck up and lose in Frisco (ILTCITIWLITD) in game 5.

The bigger, younger, more physical team that isn't as focused on jacking up a ton of 3's appears to be winning the championship for the 4th straight year.

GS has attempted 122 threes and Boston has attempted 113 threes. Not really a discrepancy. You could argue that GS's offense is predicated around finding open threes, first, more than Boston's is, but the end result is basically the same.haie said:The bigger, younger, more physical team that isn't as focused on jacking up a ton of 3's appears to be winning the championship for the 4th straight year.
I think Boston is just the younger and more athletic team, Draymond is semi-washed, and Klay is not the same guy he used to be and couldn't guard anyone at the IMA at this point. -
GS is shockingly unathletic. Kuminga needs to be getting 20+ a game and draymond needs to be on the bench. Kerr seems too stubborn to change it up though, so this is overBleachedAnusDawg said:

Kerr still has plenty of time to virtue signal to his hearts content.

That wouldn’t help. Kuminga has had some moments but is lost at others. It’s not the time for him. You have to roll with Draymond.ntxduck said:

Good game tonight. -
Draymond seems like the last guy that would be upset about the crowd cussing at him. I was kind of surprised by that.

I have read every post of this thread. I think it makes it even more entertaining that I've recognized only three names.

I like the Celtics in game 7 if they can get there.
Not overly confident they can but still -
Yep. When Golden State punked Luka game 3 to essentially win the series, especially after what he did the previous round, I knew they meant business.RaceBannon said:I like the Celtics in game 7 if they can get there.

This ends tonight, otherwise I like Boston -
Throbber always right?
Or not.
Definitely right on the mask wearing virtue signalling coaches.
-
Kerr has ditched the mask. Ime is still fagged out mask on

GS up 15 at half
Adam Silver on the bat phone to shape the refs up.
Game 7s = $$$$$

holy fuckin woof this guy played like shit. all this after those fuckin kobe jerkoff (no pun intended) texts and insta poasts. -
Throbber always right.
Andrew Wiggins is a bad bad man.
And, as always, fuck Steve Kerr.

Wiggins is good, but is he really that much more than a 10% better Harrison Barnes? He’s an athletic wing with talent which was why he was a #1 pick, but he’s not a bad bad man. He had a good season and series. He ended up being a great pick up and they probably don’t win the series without him.
The Draymond Green hot takes after two bad games were retarded. He’s a winner and he would make every single team in the NBA better. He’s in decline but he does so much for the Warriors and is the villain/pest dynasty teams have. He’s always been a great passer, great defender, and he’s intense and tough. The only question is if his personality becomes too much in 1-3 years
Gary Payton II was a great fit. Someone will pay him this off-season and he’s limited in what he can do, but he was a perfect fit for what the Warriors needed. They won’t get luxury taxed for him tho and they shouldn’t.
Poole has one more year on his contract before being a RFA. He’s only 22 and could average 25 on a shitty team. After next year, both him and Wiggins are free agents. I would keep Poole over Wiggins because he can replace Klay eventually.
Kuminga was good for a rookie. He’s the wild card for the dynasty. If he develops into an All Star, which I think is possible, the Warriors will win a couple more championships. He’s the reason I would probably sign Poole over Wiggins. Kuminga can fill Wiggins role.
Wiseman didn’t play but he was a bad pick. He doesn’t have the IQ and they don’t need him. He’s the guy to move for the role playing big they actually need once Looney is gone.
They could have had LaMelo Ball which on paper is a no brainer, but I somewhat understand picking Wiseman because the Warriors are stacked at guard. Curry, Ball, Klay/Poole, Wiggins/GP2, and Green would have been a fun small ball unit to watch tho.
The Warriors will win at least one more championship before Curry retires. I think Curry will be very good until he retires. He’s already 34, but he probably has four more All Star years in him, and 6-7 as a good player if he stays healthy. He’s simply too good as a shooter and ball handler.
