    Backpack? Is that so you can get shot in the back when you're running away? Seems like most (don't twist) of rhe cops need them these days.

    Wonder if they will stop an AR-15 round? Pretty high penetration ability of a small hot round versus a much slower and larger 9mm.

    No most can't. Takes weight and thickness or high cost to defeat rifle rounds.
