The hilarious part of this, is that many women on the team will make less than before. For if you aren’t on a roster for a friendly, qualifier or WC match, you don’t get paid. And sans the WC, that roster changes almost every match.
And this so called equity is only due to the USMNT opening up their wallets. -
The reward money for the Mens WC advancements are about 15 times what the womens are. Due to there being about 15 times more eyeballs on the Mens WC. So if the Men make it to the round of 16 even, they just made more than 5 times what the Womens team would make if they won it all.RaceBannon said:I asked the Indian
