I'm assuming Oregon had/has him in the fallback bin.
He still looks pretty good. He's very quick, kinda like a DB playing LB, and hits. If he's big enough to carry 230ish and stay that quick he can be a really good player.
This is where UW is. Hope boner can identify guys like this well enough. Lots of hopes and ifs.
I'm also prepared to wave goodbye if he blows up as a senior and Oregon or other competitive recruiting schools take an interest. -

Looks like you missed his interview in which he said he cares about academics.46XiJCAB said:

Let me guess, Oregon's offer wasn't committable.greenblood said:Beat out Colorado and Fresno St. Nice!
Not paper tiger enough. Won't take pictures with 1980's Nike shoe boxes in the background. Hard pass for the quooks.
Nobody that cares about academics goes to Oregon. They are the worst school in the Pac12... though WSU is sometimes tied with them for last place.
Also... UW has been developing more players into the NFL.

This is a good pick up because we need to fill out the damn class. A fresh cadaver would be a good recruiting pick up right now for UW.

This argument no longer means anything. The top three programs in the conference all have completely new staffs, and UW is two corches removed from the guy who was putting dudes into the NFL. That would be a pitifully easy argument to recruit against these days.HairyBallsDawg said:

Academic smack is the bestest smack. Nice little player. Winning football not a priority.HairyBallsDawg said:

It’s getting a little too loserish here. And I get that it’s because the AD sucks, but it’s an echo chamber.
Coach em up and fucking win. Utah makes PAC 12 championships and wins. Fucking Utah. -
Huge pickup, Haie. 3* LB with a composite rating of .08444.
Congrats! -
We have already been thru the “leveling up” stage. We have two five stars that are useless right now.trublue said:Huge pickup, Haie. 3* LB with a composite rating of .08444.
Congrats!
If the kid can play, it is a huge pickup.
