And of course the only reason they're doing this is because certain people of a particular skin color disproptionately do poorly on these tests. Hey, lets not try and raise them up, lets just lower the bar. But that's not racist, that's equity.

What they need to get rid of is the requirement of having a law degree to take the exam. Used to be you could in a couple states, but then the government was like nah we need even more people crowding the colleges and going into massive debt for no reason.
