They only shot him because Trump called it the "China Virus." Because there are so many cameras in NYC the NYPD is constantly posting pictures of 'people of interest.' Unlike here in SF where they don't even post mug shots anymore because too many of the people in the mug shots were an inconvient skin color, NYPD usually just posts the image of whoever it is they're looking for. It's shocking how many of the people they're looking for are part of the 13%. Of course you're not supposed to talk about that unless you're blaming white racism for it.
