What I'm hearing from the Ducktards
Yesterday, I'm picking up from a b-day party and start chatting with one of the Ducktards who went to the Oregon spring game and he claimed they had like 47,000 in attendance. I was shocked but a quick fact check verified he was only slightly exaggerating. The correct figure was 42,000, which is good for 5th best in the country so far for 2022.
There is no hope for us? Pea patch this mother fucker already.

That was the announced attendance. The above picture is of the north stands. The south stands were even more sparse. I'd be shocked if there were in reality 30k in attendance. Still not horrible, but nothing special. The real number is about 25k in my opinion.

I was there. I’m forced to attend a few baseball games per year, as the ol’ ball and chain is actually a time traveling 1950s Italian kid from the Bronx and is one of dozens of people who still like baseball. They played Wazzu, I had an exchange of words with a Cuog parent who had been hitting the Coors Light. And probably his wife.
Anyway, 40+ k seems about right. Perfect weather for this time of year. Someone close to the recruit seating area was puffing up a storm. Ty Thompson sucks, Bo Nix is good, Butterfield is maybe good. I hope Troy Franklin doesn’t flip, because he and some of the receivers didn’t look like shit which was a nice change of pace. DJ Johnson is back on defense and was the best player on the field.
