He never had his hands raised over his head as if he were surrendering. He had his hands raised up around head level as he charged Wilson. You cited people who you claimed were "credible" eyewitness that said Brown was on his knees with his arms raised in the air when Wilson shot him at point blank range in the head. You're so far gone on this topic you now claim Obama and Holder both covered up this "fact."
Remember when you lied your ass off and claimed he was shot in the back while he ran away Dazzler? Remember when you lied your ass off and claimed Brown never touched Wilson prior to the shooting?
