I’m fine with the ruling and while I’m not part of the “Dems,” I doubt all of them still wanted the mandate.
Side note, doesn’t seem like this judge was rated as qualified or had tried any cases from bar admission to appointment at the federal court. I thought that stuff mattered to folks on this board.

But the Harris poll said 60% of those polled wanted the mask mandate on planes to be extended. I did it see the poll data, but if represented all party affiliations equally, one could reasonably conclude that well over 50% Dems wanted the mandates and well under 50% not Dems wanted mandates.

Once upon a time, I put some faith into someone who is highly credentialed. But the so-called elite have so embarrassed themselves that I've gone negative on credentials and definitely have a show me attitude.
