And JW. His daughter won't know who to fear without it.

    And Mello. Don't forget Mello.

I think we are going to see a lot of revisionist history in society with people claiming they were never on team lockdown. Much like no one was for defunding the police.

That one might turn out to be true though...

I’m fine with the ruling and while I’m not part of the “Dems,” I doubt all of them still wanted the mandate.

Side note, doesn’t seem like this judge was rated as qualified or had tried any cases from bar admission to appointment at the federal court. I thought that stuff mattered to folks on this board.

Who decides if she is qualified or not Mello?

Don’t you have to be a lawyer or a judge to have an opinion on legal matters? Your rules.

Once upon a time, I put some faith into someone who is highly credentialed. But the so-called elite have so embarrassed themselves that I've gone negative on credentials and definitely have a show me attitude. So, Fow Chee is a doctor and has credentials and decades of "experience. I wouldn't let him diagnose my dog because he has chosen to be a chicom loving freedom hating political hack. You tell me that you have a law degree from Yale and I couldn't be less impressed. The ABA is an American hating socialist political organization. Their ratings are at best worthless. They supported a commie American hater pro-pedophile who doesn't believe in the US Constitution for the Supreme Court. That's all you need to know about their ratings and all you need to know about Mello. He voted for a dementia patient that is bought and paid for by the chicoms. That's how much "credentials" mean to a leftard. It's all about free sh*t and power.

Oh, ok then. I thought maybe folks would be interested in a conversation about this. Seems like another thread to serve as a rage outlet. Carry on.

Like you're fucking interested in a conversation. Here, I'll put the question to you again that you're now dodging like a Kunt. Who determines if the judge is qualified or unqualifed Mello?

Qualifications for judicial appointments are a joke. Elena Kagan never was confirmed for a judicial position and is on the Supreme Court. She should recuse herself from all cases because of that? (really wish she would but that is a different conversation)

In a Fresh Dialogues interview, Jeffrey Toobin, a Supreme Court analyst and Kagan's friend and law school classmate,[88] speculated that she would be Obama's nominee, describing her as "very much an Obama-type person, a moderate Democrat, a consensus builder" Kagan gets approval from a man who masturbates on Zoom -

I’d like a conversation. Let’s have one. What’s the topic? That you’re not a “dem”. That most Dems want or don’t masking on planes? They the judge made a poor ruling because the left says she is “unqualified”. I’m ready.

I’m sure not all Dems wanted masks mandates. Just like I’m sure not all Reps didn’t want mask mandates.

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/alisondurkee/2022/04/19/federal-mask-mandates-for-airplanes-transportation-dropped-but-americans-seem-to-want-them-polls-suggest/?sh=3ac370287e48

But the Harris poll said 60% of those polled wanted the mask mandate on planes to be extended. I did it see the poll data, but if represented all party affiliations equally, one could reasonably conclude that well over 50% Dems wanted the mandates and well under 50% not Dems wanted mandates.

Is this the conversation you’re looking for?

Thomas isn't political unless reading and enforcing the written Constitution is political. Political is Justice Sotomayor decision on the New Haven, Connecticut case in which she ruled that the exam was discriminatory because too many blacks were failing the test. Apparently asking questions about hose pressure and water volume is racist. The case was overturned by the Supreme Court, with the Supreme Court ruling that denying promotion to white firefighters based on race was right there in the Constitution.

Once again, from the Civil Rights Act of 1964 -

    (j) Preferential treatment not to be granted on account of existing number or percentage imbalance

Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be interpreted to require any employer, employment agency, labor organization, or joint labor-management committee subject to this subchapter to grant preferential treatment to any individual or to any group because of the race, color, religion, sex, or national origin of such individual or group on account of an imbalance which may exist with respect to the total number or percentage of persons of any race, color, religion, sex, or national origin employed by any employer

“She presents as a delightful person and she has many friends who support her nomination. Her integrity and demeanor are not in question. These attributes however simply do not compensate for the short time she has actually practiced law and her lack of meaningful trial experience.”

    Lefty ABA reasoning

What kind of conversation do you want? That this theater has been a hoax from day 1? That you've found religion from your downvoting passive aggressive bullshit of the last 2 years?

Disavow your Ostrich Boy shilling or Fuck off.

I gotta agree that the leftists are as ignorant of a judge's proper role as you girls are.
