I’m fine with the ruling and while I’m not part of the “Dems,” I doubt all of them still wanted the mandate.
Side note, doesn’t seem like this judge was rated as qualified or had tried any cases from bar admission to appointment at the federal court. I thought that stuff mattered to folks on this board. -
