    sounds like emmert is sayin the ncaa needs more tim to get its guys in there.

    I dont know the legal basis of it but "equality" may end up saving college sports from NIL. Male athletes are already collecting millions for signing with a school for a year. , female athletes will be paid $15 an hour for making appearances. I'm sure that eventually congress will have something to say about that

    Yeah I don't know how this has worked as long as it has without Title IX stepping in. That laundered bag for the fake NFT isn't going to be as much when you gotta split it with the women's rowing team.

    I think when this all settles everyone is going to realize playing school and collecting bags on the side was probably actually best for the football players.

    It would seem like the IRS could shut this down also. It will be interesting to see what a kid who is given $100 grand when he's 18 does when at the end of the year the taxman comes to him with a $25,000 bill and he has no money left.
