‘Possible terrorists’; who knows if they were. Executions are common in Saudi Arabia (every Friday I believe). When I was there, we were not allowed to go to the public square when they were happening.

I heard a fascinating interview last fall with Bernie Kerik. He used to work security detail in Rihad. When newcomers arrived from the States for training, Kerik would take them to the public square, with them having no idea what they were in for.
